When FoodRunner, a burgeoning food delivery app, came to us and said they wanted to tell people that they’re committed to great customer service—like really, really committed—we decided to tell people that there’s no obstacle they can overcome in pursuit of that goal. After all, FoodRunner offers people free food if it’s not delivered within 45 minutes, so making a timely delivery is a big deal to these guys.
We made several DVCs depicting the vigor and resolve with which FoodRunner will make your delivery (and save their money). We shot a “training session” where the food deliveryman is being prepared to weather the elements in pursuit of timely delivery, and a video inspired by The Shining emphasizing the extent to which FoodRunner will go to make a delivery.
